Why this is harder than it looks
There are two different things called verification at Meta: the free business verification that unlocks the API, and the paid subscription badge. They have different requirements, and people routinely apply for the wrong one, get denied, and then sit out a cooldown period before they can try again.

What we need from you
We ask for these up front so nothing stalls halfway through. Items marked required have to be in hand before we can start.

The steps only you can take
A few things genuinely cannot be delegated, because the platform requires the business owner personally. We schedule these, prepare you for them, and stay on the call.
- Turn on two-factor authentication. It is a hard eligibility gate.
- Click subscribe and pay Meta yourself. We never touch your card.
- Complete any identity check personally, since Meta may ask for a government ID and a selfie video.
What we will not promise

- A sloppy first attempt can cost you a 30-day cooldown, which is the real argument for preparing properly.

Common questions
What is the difference between Meta Verified and Meta business verification?
Meta business verification is free, happens in Business Manager, and confirms your business is real so you can access things like the WhatsApp API. Meta Verified is a paid monthly subscription that puts a badge on your profile. They are separate processes with different requirements, and applying for the wrong one is a very common mistake.
Can anyone guarantee I will get verified on Instagram?
No. Anyone who guarantees it is either lying or planning to do something that puts your account at risk. Meta makes the decision and does not offer a path that a third party can force.
Why do Meta verification applications get rejected?
Overwhelmingly because of a name mismatch. The name on your registration document has to match the name on your account and your other documents exactly, and a business trading under a different name needs the DBA filing to bridge them. Address documents that do not show the business name on the same page are the second most common cause.
